Waking up to breathtaking mountain views made our stay unforgettable. The onsen experience, especially with its outdoor option, was pure bliss and incredibly relaxing.

However, the walk from the bus stop was slightly tiring after a long journey. A gym or workout area would have also been a nice addition to our stay.

Our experience was quite disappointing. The shuttle service was not clearly communicated, so we ended up walking uphill with heavy luggage, which was exhausting after a long journey. The food options were limited, and I was shocked to find out I needed to pay extra for breakfast for my child, despite being told it was included. The location was far from everything, making it hard to find decent dining options nearby.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a relaxing full body massage. The staff helped me with my suitcases during my first stay, making it unforgettable. I highly recommend trying the local bakery! I’m coming back next year.
